I bought my plans (Cape Ann single)from One Ocean Kayaks. They have a lot of really superb building info on their site and sell minifoam from 5/8" to 3.25" thick in up to 24"x24", in fact he says that he can get it up to 48"x48" for the truely jumbo.... If you haven't found them yet, they are worth a look. Mitch
