Hi All;

Well, The hull construction is nearly a memory . . . All but one strip is in place (I've been savoring this moment), and the external white ash stems are attached and planed . . . My friend who will teach me how to do a proper glass/epoxy layup has scheduled April 1 for teaching/helping me to glass the hull. That means that after I install the last strip needed to close the hull, and complete the planing/sanding, I have nothing to do on my 'yak for 2 weeks, . . . other than design the deck. heh, heh, heh, . . .

The external stems are really a nice touch, here is the start of the process. If I can overcome the camera/transfer problems, I will bring it up to date quickly. New (last week's efforts) are up at my site available at the link at the bottom of this page. Please go to "Hull Construction" and scroll to the bottom.

The Pic below is the stern stem after steaming and rough fitting - No glue as yet.

Best Regards, Spidey
