I have seen one make out of hemp paper some where. It was 30' double with almost round bottom and no overhang. the shell was very smooth. Of course, hemp paper will be hard to come by, nowadays; I'll think heavy kraft paper may do. design one should not be too much of a challenge. Good luck.
