Hmm, nope, not in the market for an expensive file. Last one I bought came on my Swiss Army knife. Come to think of it, I believe they have a patent on a single sided file. You might want to check that before going into production.

As for Mick's suggetion to use 14 inch long strips with my sandpaper. I wonder if I have any that short.

seriously, though. There are numerous ways to make edges that fit better. You could just saw each strip at a 20 to 30 degree angle. What little gap might open would simply fill with a small amount of epoxy resin when you sealed it.
