I have not used a kerosene heater with MAS, but I have with other epoxies. I did not have any problem. The heater will introduce some humidity into the air, but in the dry winter air, it probably won't be too much. At this point your epoxy is almost cured and a little heat to finish it off won't hurt anything.

You can get a little fast cure hardener. Adding up to 25% should not cause blush problems but will improve cure time. MAS Cool cure uses a 50:50 fast:slow hardener mix and it starts to have a little bit of blush. Blush is not the end of the world and if it means your epoxy cures in a reasonable amount of time, it is probably worth it.
