The article in the CLC newsletter said just one or two passes with a sheet of sandpaper over the inside edge. I used medium sandpaper, and about three or four passes with light pressure. The idea is NOT to create a taper so the panels fit tightly together. It is just to create an edge where the panels can meet without slipping. I would estimate the flat spot I created on the edge of the wood was less than 1/16" - so we're not talking about a lot of material removal here.

Wait - using a CLC technique on a Pygmy? Just doesn't seem right.
