I bought a Happy Bottom seat for my first boat, but I found it very uncomfortable. I didn't use it and ended up just giving it away. Instead, made a copy of a production seat. I have some info on my website describing the process. If you don't have a production seat to start with, I know there are quite a few people on this board who have come up with inventive ways of making a custom seat. You can do much better than a Happy Bottom and probably for less $$.
