Hi Doug

I have a question for the painter in you. I am building a S&G Rob-Roy canoe and I am going to try to leave as much of the wood grain showing as I can, and paint a design that will cover the stitched areas. My question/problem is, in the past, when I've tried to mask off areas to be painted, either I got little dots of paint seeping under the tape, or, it peeled paint off removing the tape. What am I doing wrong, and what's the solution?? I'd hate to get it all done and have blotches on the paint edges.
