Some folks have done it, here's a site that has some products they want you to buy. I think they're out of Australia. It sure looks cool. One of the interesting advantages is that with one of these rigs, the harder the wind blows the faster you'll go, cause the sail wants to lift you out of the water and you present less and less drag on the sail.
