Try putting everything back on the forms and forcing the two pieces to conform to the forms. If hull is closed up a bit you may need to put some weight on the forms to slowly force it apart. If the deck is spread out, try to clamp it closed with rope and a "spanish windless". Thread a stick through a loop of rope and twist the rope with the stick to tighten the loop. Align the rope with a form station and proceed slowly. Tighten up the clamp a little bit, wait a while and tighten it some more until everything is tight around the forms. Let the boat sit on the forms for a while and then take it off and try taping.

I have seen boats that were several inches out of whack come back together. It is easier the fresher your epoxy is. Don't try to rush it and try to distribute your force as much as possible, i.e. several ropes. Sticks on the inside can also be used to force the hull apart.
