Before you "fix" any asymitries in your hull move your seat forward 5 to 6 inches. Moving the seat will effect its handling qualities and may fix your asymetry problem (I think that is what Dean's response was implying).

What ever you do don't do any thing permanent unless your are %200 sure that it is going to work. Duct tape a temporary skeg, put a large rock in fore/aft hatches, experiment until you know what the problem really is and then go about fixing it.
