Robert,

I haven't paddled any strip boats other than those I've built, so keep that in mind.

The Panache from Laughing Loon may be a good match for your requirements. It's 18.5' x 23", has very solid secondary stability due to the flare above the waterline, tracks better than it turns (probably more-so than the Storm), has a long upswept bow, and fore and aft hatches.
