Howdy

In answer to your questions, I submit the following: - The Storm tracks very well. According to Current Designs "it has a happy blend of rocker" (ie. I assume it has some rocker to help turn, but not so much that it tracks like a train). I find the Storm tracks very well and is easy to turn using the appropriate paddle strokes. I don't do rivers and white water so turning isn't a high priority. - the Storm has good secondary stability; it is 24 inches wide, shallow vee hull and soft chine, slightly flaired sides - the Storm has tons of foot space for my long legs (ie. I'm 6 foot 2 inches) - I don't need a rudder as I've never used the Storm's rudder - I'd like to have 2 hatches with waterproof bulkheads for each - the Storm's upswept bow helps keep me dry (at least I think it does)

Other than the rudder which I have no use for, I really like the Storm although I must admit, I've only tried a few other designs. Most of the technical information I've quoted above is from Current Designs' own website (just plug Current Design into Yahoo and you'll get there). Hope this helps!
