No problem -- you'll be putting on a generous fillet of thickened epoxy at both stem and stern later on. Even fairly major oopses can be covered up there. Just make sure the keel line is straight (the instructions for my Pygmy Arctic Tern said to temporarily pin it to a 2x4 to ensure the keel is straight) and do a visual check to see that the stem and stern are vertical. Do this and your boat will go straight. Everything else is just aesthetics...:) But seriously, that small mis-alignment won't be noticed.
