I have been following the bulletin board for awhile and have found the advice very interesting. Now I need some words of wisdom and advice.

I am building an Osprey Double and am at the stage of stitching on the hull panels. I have stitched on 3 of the hull panels and although the bow seams and the fronts of the panels line up, the stern seams and and the very ends are off slightltly, maybe 1/16th of an inch.Mainly on the right side. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I sand the ends so everything is smooth after I glue?

I am a first time builder and not sure how picky I should be. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks!
