Welcome - I too spent a few months reading and listining before I felt ok posting questions or opinions. In general there is no need to be intimidated. I have found people on this board very supportive of new commers and very willing to help. If you got some questions don't wait for someone elst to ask.

I have been building my 19'6" Guillemot in my 20' basement all winter and hope to launch by June 1st! I will be glad to free up the space and get on the water
