Paul,

I know what you're looking for, but unfortunately don't where to get it either. This is the stuff that the fiberglass kayak mfgrs use to assemble their boats. I think a typical procedure is to put a bead of 3M 5200 sealent indide the H then glass the inside of the seam.

Look in the Thomas Register at the library under extrusions of plastic extrusions, etc. These are type companies that make the stuff. If they have a stock profile that matches what you have then you will be in luck (unless they don't currently have any in stock - in which case there will probably be a minimum run). If they don't have that profile as a stock piece (or are making it for another customer) then they will probably require you to pay for some kind of tooling to make the profile.

Do you live near any kayak mfgrs? If so, a last resort would be to go through their trash every night until you find something that has the name of thier supplier of H channel.

If you find anything down the road, make sure and drop me an e-mail.
