I guess I could do a non-power craft only site. That seems to attract a quieter crowd.

Like you said just rent slips and storage space.

I could actual go for a spot with shallow draft. Even big (42ft) center-boarders only have 2ft of draft.

BTW I never intended on given up my day job. Then again who does!
