Technical note. The link says to drill a 1/4 inch hole for a 1/4 inch `T' nut. You will probably need to drill a larger hole than that to accomodate the outside diameter of the `T` nut. Usually this is somewhere between 5/16 ths and 3/8ths inches. If you are using a soft wood you might be able to force the `T` nut into a hole that is a bit tight. Otherwise, drill the hole large enough to let the `T` nut fit in easily, and put a few drops of epoxy on the thing when you insert it. The epoxy won't hold it in any better, but it will fill the gap between the `T` nut and the wood, keeping it from eventually wiggling.
