JO There is a book writen by Derek Hutchinson called the complete book of sea kayaking in it talks about a whitewater kayak fitted with a detachable skeg and also shows a picture of it.You could go to one of the larger book stores look at the picture on page 19 and build one yourself. hope this helps J.D.
