It's blush

A scotch bright pad and water can push blush around and unless you are careful using paper towels rather than a cloth, you can just push and shove it around. Also, blush gets created for a while not just on one single time. You can get blushing going on for a week. You can clean epoxy with a scotch pad and water and not get around to applying epoxy for 3 days and more blush can get created. There so many variables with using epoxy- brand, temperatures, humidity, epoxy type etc.

What I have learned is if I am going to re-coat, I wet sand and wipe upĀ using a clean towel. Then I epoxy at the latest the next day.
