Thanks but I was looking for solid wood, not plywood.

There does seem to be a little discrepancy.
Specific gravity of .37 = 23#/cu ft (Gougeon)
The other table shows 27#/cu ft

In either case it is pretty close to the 25#/cu ft I normally assume for WRC. So it is good enough.

I always assume a significant amount of variation due to individual trees anyway. I guess you would need to weight each board to find the lightest.
