that was the essence of the issue several months ago where i swapped out the epoxy/had the long discussion with MAS.

when i wet out the glass originally....it appeared to kick/harden but remained in some places sticky to the touch. the folks at MAS said give it a light sanding and if it sands continue (even if it was not totally hard). if it was not sandable....remove it.

so at that point, it was either pull it all off and start again (maybe i should have done that)....or move forward with attention to spots that were not sandable (remove and replace)

i am hoping that this 'baking' has now exposed any obvious problem below the fill coat (which was done with the new epoxy MAS sent).

let me know if you think this is still a good approach or should i just strip it all now, sand it, restain and re-glass the exterior.
