Strip: soft spots *PIC*

am making progress on bringing my night heron build to closure....

earlier during the build, i described a problem with the epoxy cure and some spots of not-fully cured epoxy (sticky....but did not fully harden). after talking to the folks at MAS, we swapped out the epoxy and the advice was if an area was 'sandable' i could move on. (note...this was only on the outside of the boat, the inside was done with the new epoxy).

i am getting ready now for varnish....but i noted as i was preparing for final sanding before varnish that if i pressed my finger nail hard into the surface, that i had some soft spots (i could make a dent) i sounded out the hull and marked in blue these spots. i can only make a dent if i push very hard with a fingernail and the dent appears to bounce back (cannot see the dent any longer) after about a minute after i stopped jabbing it.

while i am not really excited about pulling any more glass off and re-doing, i am wondering if i need to re-evaluate and strip the glass and re-do a part or a major section of the deck. or do i just leave it and paddle and see what happens and deal with this as part of refinishing some other season.

if you think the answer is remove the glass and re-do, could you please propose technique for doing that.

i was also thinking should i try 'baking the hull in black plastic' and see if i can make these 'soft spots' go away?

am including a picture of the hull....blue dots outline areas where i was able to make a dent. (so if blue dots form a closed shape....inside the shape is where i was able to make a dent)

thanks in advance for your advice.
