I use West for moderately large amounts justifying the use of the pumps, since they cannot be trusted for less than a full stroke. I tolerate the fuss and mess of adding this and that to get the characteristics I need for the job.

For jobs where I need small amounts available over an extended period of time I prefer the self-mixing cartridge tubes used with a caulking gun that System Three pioneered, which come in several varieties that already contain necessary additives. They are particularly handy when I need two varieties of epoxy, an adhesive and a fairing mix. For example. on a lapstrake build there may be gluing, fairing, cutting of gains all going on at the same time.

Cleaner and more convenient, they allow me to work without gloves non-sticky hands and well justify the extra cost. West has them too but I haven't investigated there version yet.

Of course, as I have mentioned before I don't epoxy coat my boats so I use far less epoxy than most.
