System Three Silvertip is the epoxy I prefer. It cost a bit more but it always works.

I like their T-88 adhesive too, mixes 1:1, very easy to use; the epoxy and hardener are fairly liquid but when they mix it changes color so you know you've mixed enough and it thickens up. Neat!

According to the website -

"T-88 is unique in that it may be applied to damp wood, provided it is worked well into the surface"

- haven't tried it on damp wood myself but that must be nice for repairing an old boat that you don't want to dry out too much.
