Further progress:

I flipped her over and started stripping the deck with northern white cedar (NWC). Near the shear I used 5/16" wide strips and 7 degree bevels due to the rather tight radius of the deck. I stripped down from the center line with 3/4" wide strips and a zero degree (no bevel) bevel.

Once the deck was finished I removed a cutout and stripped it again with NWC.

Sanding and glassing with 4 oz cloth.

The boat is being made for my son and he named her "Sea Lab" after a beloved pet.
