Where did you get his plans? I looked around Brian's site and didn't see that option, only classes. I sent him a note about buying plans and got no response. I assumed that meant he doesn't do that but maybe it just means my email was lost.

Here's the link to Brian's F1 details page. http://www.capefalconkayak.com/f1details.html The F1 is a "free to build" model (though donations would likely be welcomed) in the WYSIWYG mode as such. :D
The text is quite informative, definitely enough to build an F1 accurately. The drawings pictures are a bit small, alright.

I have the drawings saved as a jpeg, fairly large, 2881x1476 pixels, that I'll email you. It prints out about A3 size, I think. I needed four A4's to print it on my little printer.
Like Ken Blanton said, make seperate scales for each view using the beam and length as a basis for the scales.
