Epoxy doesn't cure over night although it will harden Many epoxies will blush for a week. Also, only slow cure epoxies can be used for a thick coat. If your coat is too heavy, that can cause the puckering. I would contact MAS with the photo and ask them to be sure. I know I encountered it and it was fixed with a good scrubbing.

When you do you next coat, mix a tiny bit and just brush a foot square section rather than committing to the whole boat.
