Hi Nick, I am using 3.2 oz glass from Thayercraft. I don't think the problem was the glass, I credit the bubbles to my technique. I think I may have been too aggresive with squegee and pulled the glass while spreading the epoxy. I was going to lay in another layer of glass as per Johns instructions this afternoon until I remembered I had used all my clamps to install the shear clamps. Well, tomorrow is another day.
