Skin-on-Frame: Cloth sources

I'm not that new to the idea of building a SOF kayak, but I've only recently gotten serious about building one. My one hangup before I start building is how to cover it. I figured that my local marine fabric store, Seattle Fabrics, would have the nylon or polyester cloth that I'd need, but they only have urethane coated nylon, and a few other coated nylon, and no poly. I haven't seen any mention of using coated cloth.

I've need plenty of people mention George Dyson as their source, but I've only been able to reach his voice mail to far. The skin boat store seems a bit pricier than Dyson. Are there any other sources? I'm in Seattle, WA.
