I just erased everything I wrote.
Maybe you don't need suggestions from me.

Beveled is easier to make look good than bead and cove. repairing broken cove edges is terrible,IMHO.

Suggestion 1. Cut all strips at the same time, using fingerboards on the infeed and outfeed.

Suggestion 2. Try to make the inside match. Smoothing out the inside is much harder than the outside. If you don't smooth it out you will be pouring lots of epoxy in to get the glass to stay down. That will increase the cost and weight.

Suggestion 3. Don't do stapleless for your first boat. It will slow you down and frustrate you endlessly.

Have fun, anything can be fixed if you are willing to the work.
