Ditto what Etienne said- that's a sweet looking hull. As for your issue, it definitely looks like resin starvation to me. The reason it didn't show up before may be that after the hull had some flex and stress put on it the fibers moved around (in a microscopic sense of the term) causing separation from the fiber and the resin, which makes the fibers show up. You can try sanding with very fine grit until you expose the fibers, and then recoat. Sometimes it works, sometimes it sort-of works, and sometimes it doesn't work so well. It all depends on how deep the resin starvation goes.
