I am starting to build an 11 foot SUP using a triangular strip wooden rail system. Just wanted to know how difficult it is to round them out by hand. I know some people have done this using 1/4 by 1/4 inch strips like we build kayaks. Has anyone have any insight into this area. Also I hope to fill the board with foam so I don't have to worry about the board inflating in the sun. I am not sure what foam to use or where to get it. If anyone has made such a board I would love to see it. Thanks Joe
