That is Nick Shade's Night Heron when trial tested it weather cocked quite a bit but the skeg helped. The skeg was tapered from 3/4 to 3/8 x16" long,if I was to do again I would increase the width to about 1" or slightly more. The great part is NO surgery and trial and error can be used very easly Best Nick R.
