: I developed this from Mr. Kudzu's excellent jig. You can see that
: the zero clearance issue is solved by extending the plywood base
: across the blade to the fence. the plywood and 2x4 fence are
: screwed to the sliding platen of the saw. Feed is effortless and
: there is zero kickback. There is a stop to prevent the clamp
: from contacting the blade. Easy.

here's the foto, hope it helps. there is no kickback and no way for anything to lodge alongside the blade.

hope this helps. it's simple. it's cheap. and it's safe.
