Skin-on-Frame: Sagging Dacron on SOF

I have completed a Yost SeaTour 17 and was completely happy with the way the dacron shrunk. My judgement for what might be too tight or loose doesn't exist, this is my first one.
Now that it has sat for about 2 weeks, 1 week in the sun, the skin is no longer tight. There is a noticeable droop in the skin everywhere. Not completely loose so we are going to go ahead and use it.
This is 8oz dacron from Dyson, coated with MinWax Polyurethane Spar Varnish, stitched down the ridge beam as in the plans.

Any suggestions as to the cause?
Has anyone else used MinWax and have comments on its suitability for SOF?

The obvious answer will be that I did not shrink it enough, but it was taut everywhere when I finished. Seems to have loosened up after I put it in the sun to harden up the coating.

Thanks
