Your pics didn't work.

Four days ago I had the same problem. I heated up the workshop from midnight and started glassing a hull at 8:00am. What I never expected was that the temps would continue to rise during the day even though I had turned off the heat. This is very rare here in Ireland. That was our day of summer.

By the time the epoxy started to set up I had hundreds of bubbles forming under the cloth. There was no option but to get out the heat gun and strip off the entire glass sheath. I caught it in time and was able to remove the glass before the epoxy had gone much beyond the leathery stage.

I let the remaining epoxy harden for a day and then sanded it smooth again.

Yesterday I re-glassed, but I waited until 4:00pm before starting, to avoid a reoccurrence of the rising temps. Just as well, because we had another hot day.

I prefer to start glassing early because I can get all fill coats on in daylight.

Starting at 4:00pm I got the second coat on at 9:00pm, the third coat on at 2:00am, and the final fill coat on at 6:00am MY WIFE HATES ME THIS MORNING.

this has only happened to me once before, about fifteen years ago, and I guess I just got complacent.

What I am getting at, I guess, is that, first of all, is that it can happen to anyone if the daily temps are not guessed correctly, and secondly, if it is bad enough that cosmetics are an issue (this will vary from person to person), then you have to be philosophical about it, strip it off, and start again. Don't get depressed or frustrated about it, just be phlegmatic and enjoy the lesson.

From what you describe you have outgassing over a limited section of the structure. You may be able to just replace that bit, but you will probably notice the glass joint at the feather if you look for it. If it is a big boat though, the compromise may be worth it.
