- dead right! Don't you love it when you get the entire plank edge off as a single ribbon: I could do that routinely off 16 foot planks with my jointing plane until my non-boatbuilding son-in-law borrowed it to plane down the edge of a door - "it was the biggest so it must be for the rough jobs" - it's never been the same since! I asked him why he didn't take the cheap power plane and he said he didn't want to risk damaging it . . . that thing will probably chew concrete!

St. Peter was a fisherman, probably built his own boats and Jesus and Joseph were both carpenters. That's one guy ain't gonna make it into heaven!
