Hahahahaha
Ohh that's good.

I decided not to make a tuilik, when I was pricing out the 4-5 yards of gore tex (or knock-off gore-tex) it was going to take, I decided I'll just wait till next winter to decide how bad I want it. I did order fabric for a spray skirt though, maybe I'll jump on the dry top if it's gore-tex. It's probably going to be just a t-shirt on top in local waters and a wetsuit in the big lakes for now until I get paddling enough in cold water to warrant something more.

Also, I just did the polyurethane yesterday and it's looking good (pretty drippy because I wasn't paying attention when I needed to be, but integrity-wise, looks good). I did three coats, and decided not to thin it (which I think turned out fine, I had no trouble getting the fabric saturated). I'll probably let it dry most of the week and hopefully launch no later than this weekend. I still need to install deck lines, some manner of back band, and some rub strips. I was thinking about maybe bending (and adding a pad to) a piece of rib stock for the back band. Probably also just going to use pieces of rib stock for the rub strips (I have white oak rib stock).
