Kokatat also makes a really nice pair of semi-dry pants, even have a model with waterproof fabric feet, for a very reasonable price and has a mating surface for the tunnel. Makes an ok combination semi-dry suit for moderate conditions.

The waterproof pants are way nice when the water is a bit too cool for bare legs and feet, btw.
