Your local hardware store is unlikely to have it, it's too specialized. If you don't have a boat supply store close I suggest you Google it; depends where you are I guess. If there is a town on a river or lake nearby or if you are anywhere near the coast it shouldn't be a problem finding one; you need the kind of place that also carries marine plywood, and epoxy in sensible sizes.
