Hi John,
Be careful about teak oil, some people get a reaction to it. It can cause an allergic reaction that looks like dermatitis/ecxema.
Pure tung is fine.
I prefer raw linseed, though. It gives a nice 'tackiness' without stickiness when the paddle is wet.
