Hi Dan , I can check the statute, but I believe anything over 12 feet needs to be registered. I have to register my sailboat, which is a 15 footer with no motor. And of course the fees doubled last year, thanks Mr. Lynch.
I was half joking about ignoring the law, but anyway...
