It's not that I don't feel comfy about it... more like a nice healthy respect for what it can do. The closest thing I can describe to the feeling... well, you know that feeling you get when your wife walks into the room, turns off the TV (right in the middle of the NASCAR race, mind you), and says "Honey, we need to talk" in a very I-don't-want-to-hear-any-nonsense-out-of-your-mouth tone of voice?

Yeah, that one. Sit down, shut up, listen close, and make darn sure my answers are spot on 'til I know exactly what I'm being accused of and what answers she's looking for.

I've done minor things around the apartment, such as replacing loose/broken outlets, swapping light switches for rheostats, etc. I've got enough brains to test an outlet, turn off the breaker I think's on the circuit, then test it again. I'd sure like to have a book on the subject to study first, though, and someone to look over the work before the juice gets applied.

Kudos. 40 years of computer repair might just drive me crazy... unless kayaking restores my sanity ;o). But I get your point.

Yep. Even if someone else thinks it's fine... it's your workshop, you're the one who designed/built it, and you're gonna know that the pegboard is mismatched. I understand that ;o)
