My logo at the bottom is supposed to link to my website, but it's embedded deep within the HTML code to link to the forum, and I don't want to screw it up! My brother the computer whiz is going to look at that one for me.

I have never heard of a site hosting AND monitoring a forum for you. Typically they host, you monitor. However, there are ones that are more user-friendly than this one I'm using, but please note they are going to plaster the forum with ads and the format is not as professional.

Keep us posted. Sorry about the ice, but hey- make the best of it. I think it would be fun to ice skate. Of course I won't give up my 80 degrees year-round water for it, LOL. Once it warms up, however, consider a stand up paddleboard. I consider myself a well-seasoned kayaker, and I exercised muscles I never knew I had on the SUP. That said, the kayak is still my preferred mode of transporation except when crashing waves and reefs are involved.
