I did a repair on a single shell covered with a mylar deck and a wood, cold molded hull that must have been less than 3/64th thick. Straight as an arrow, smooth as a babies. Very cool and darn light. The rowing club has several of them. On this one the hull was cracked. I had to pull back the mylar deck and put a small patch of 1.5 oz. glass on the inside of the hull before re-attaching the deck portion.
