Get 3" x 21"

In my opinion, if you go for a belt sander, I would recommend get a 3 x 21" belt size. It's the most common size and you'll have an easier time finding belts especially on discount. The 4" belts also put a much greater load on the motor and I don't think there's any advantage at all.
