There are a good number of sources of 1.1oz nylon & 1.9oz silnylon on the net. Here are a couple:
(Silnylon is usually 1.1oz nylon impregnated with enough silicone to make it water & vapor proof.)

ALSO: if you want, you can take ordinary nylon and make your own sil. Here's a DIY thread on that with FAR too much detail: http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php?t=2011
(In summary: grab a tube of silicone from the hardware store, dilute it with mineral spirits really well, then squeegee it into your fabric. Wha-la! Waterproof!)
