I have had good luck using the Pygmy cam buckle hatch closers. I have also had the best sealing using a closed cell foam gasket that I got from a hardware store. The foam is like that memory foam. It's very soft and doesn't seem like it would work well but it works great. If your looking for a perfect seal, the Beckson pry out hatches will do the job. Having a 1/32 pressure relief hole in the bulkheads will help also.
